Power BI Solution for a Pharmaceutical Company

The project is about developing a Power BI-based software solution for a pharmaceutical company that focuses on quality prescriptions and OTC medications. The client was keen to design and develop a business intelligence solution that is capable of tracking daily stock on hand in each warehouse for each sales team performance daily, logistics of stocks on a daily basis, and organizational sales performance.

The client was finding it difficult to track and analyze different parameters like daily stock status, sales performance, order analysis, stock taking, etc. They wanted an in-depth visualization application that could offer stakeholders an insightful view of business analytics and performances.

SPEC INDIA followed the Time & Material process with the Agile approach to develop the roadmap and architecture of the product. We designed and launched the Power BI app in the app store, after identifying and researching various modern methodologies.
