Our client is from the USA, and thus, he owns the finance industry, which is very popular in the USA. They needed to build an effective software system that would help to optimize their financial processes and increase performance. They contacted us to develop custom software that would fit their requirements and needs.

The client said that it was a challenge to keep the information on their financial product current and accurate. Given the proliferation of many products to deal with, it was important that these details were accurately maintained.
There were issues on how they could handle numerous apps from the users. They required a system that could manage these swiftly and with no problems at all.
Ensuring that integration and compatibility of the portal with back end systems was probably one of the biggest challenges. They wished that all the functions starting from the users applying throughout sending the applications to the banks should function with no concerns.
We worked under an Agile development model to reduce the level of rigidity while enhancing the rate of delivery. The given approach helped to focus on the number of completed works and allowed responding to the client’s requirements and managing reports throughout the project.
To achieve this, we designed the web portal, which provided the users with capabilities to browse through various products and to apply for specific product offering of the financial institutions. That process was made rather easy for end users with the help of this portal.
For the sake of assisting the client to run several operations, we created an admin portal. This was able to effectively enable back-office teams to manage the firm’s financial products, users’ applications and platforms settings.
The research process began with consultations with the client in order to find out more about the client’s problems and goals. This made us understand what they wanted and how we could assist them well.
Third, there is a user-friendly interface of the platform as a result of our work. We also paid attention on developing good backend so that nothing would go wrong by the time it got out.
Then we employed an Agile development procedure which translates to developing the application in phases and releasing new features in small sets. This allowed us be agile in response to the feedback we received from the client.
After that, we tested the platform thoroughly to ensure it worked well and was secure. We had to address all the issues that were identified during the test phase.
Last, the platform was initiated, and we gave the client’s admin team some basic guidance on how to work with the platform. This ensured that they are on standby in order to handle every view without any complications arising.
We developed a web based application which is smooth and efficient right from the start with scalability options for the client.
The use of a platform ensured that the users were able to search, cross-check and even complete the application forms with ease.
The back-office team is also able to process and handle applications with much ease and time efficiency than before, and with minimal errors.
The users appreciate the platform because it is easy to understand, safe, and operates without any glitches.
